For Workers' Compensation claims, MCSi acts as a Third Party Claims Administator, and therfore is responsible for the entire geographical territory of Montana. Unlike WC, Property and Casualty field assignments are handled routinely only in the the south-central region in the state of Montana. Below are maps which show the areas around our Billings home office where P/C assignments are handled on a routine basis. MCSi has agreements with a number of companies that provide coverage for the entire state of Montana from our Billings office. Please call if you wish for an assignment or contract to address claims needs in the entire state.
