From the what were they thinking department. Bad law passed by the Montana Legislature during the 2011 session…this is a prime example of mid- and long-term unintended consequences. The bill will not reduce WC costs in MT in any substantive way, only 8 claims found by State Fund in 8,000 that ‘might’ be brought by undocumented workers.
